Checkups Before Reporting Breakdown
Please first check the items below for troubleshooting before consulting a service center.

Management
• Please check the circuit breaker.
• Is air-conditioner's power on?
• Please check the Thermostat wire setup
condition.
Abnormal operat-
ing conditions.
• Are air-conditioner and Ther-
mostat properly connected
with cable?
• Please connect air-conditioner and Ther-
mostat cable.
• Please check against the setup method
listed in the manual.
• Is cable connection correct?
• Is the time set correctly?
• Please set up current time correctly.
It doesn't operate
schedule.
• Did you set up a schedule
correctly?
• Please set up again referring to the man-
ual.
• Is desired temperature setup
lower than current tempera-
ture?
It does not release
cool air.
• Please set up desired temperature lower
than current temperature.
Air-conditioner au-
tomatically runs or
stops.
• Is a reservation set on your
unit?
• Please set up ‘Weekly timer’
again referring to the manual.
• Please check the remote control’s wire
setup.
Error is indicated
on Thermostat in-
dication window.
• Does Thermostat indication
window indicate 'CH03'?
• Please check the connection between
the air-conditioner and the Thermostat
cable.
