How do I test RF transmission on the Salus RT310RF Central?
Adjust the set point temperature above and below room temperature, then check if the Heat indicator appears and the receiver's green LED lights up accordingly.
- Press UP to set point temperature several degrees above room temperature.
- Wait a few seconds and confirm the Heat indicator appears on the LCD.
- Check that the green LED on the receiver is lit.
- Press DOWN to set point temperature below room temperature.
- Wait a few seconds and verify the Heat indicator disappears and the green LED switches off.
- If the green LED doesn't light, press TEST/PAIRING and move the thermostat closer to the receiver, then repeat. User Manual, p. 8
How can I tell if the Salus RT310RF Central is in Frost Protection Mode?
