How do I access advanced settings on the Honeywell RLV4300?

Pull the cover down and briefly insert a pointed object like a paperclip through the advanced setting opening to display the first parameter.

1. Press the Mode button to display the next parameter.
2. Press the Up or Down button to modify a parameter.

What should I do if the Honeywell RLV4300 screen stays blank after a power outage?

If power was out for more than 5 hours, the clock and date need to be reset. Settings are stored in memory and the thermostat returns to its previous mode when power returns. Re-enable Automatic Daylight Saving Time if desired. Owner's Manual, p. 20

How do I set up the Honeywell RLV4300 in automatic mode with a schedule?

Press Mode until Auto appears, then use Pgm to access Period 1 of the weekday program.

1. Press Pgm to display each period you want to modify.
2. Press Day to switch between weekday (Mon to Fri) and weekend (Sat & Sun) programs.
3. Press Hour and Min buttons to set the start time for each period.
4. Press Up or Down to set the temperature for that period.
5. Repeat for additional periods.

Why isn't my Honeywell RLV4300 responding to temperature changes?

Check your current mode setting.

• In Manual mode, you must press Up or Down to adjust temperature manually.
• In Economy mode, temperature changes only occur at programmed period times.
