- Page 2: Security advice – caution The installation and assembly of electrical equipment should only be performed by authorized personnel. The product should only be used for the intended application. Unauthorized modifications are prohibited. The product must not be used in relation with any equipment that may threaten human health or life. Ensure all power is disconnected before installing. Do not connect to live/operating equipment. Risk of electric shock due to live components within the enclosure, especially devices with mains voltage supply. Please comply with local laws, health & safety regulations, technical standards and regulations. As a component of a large-scale fixed installation, Bandary products are intended to be used permanently. Most products may contain valuable materials that should be recycled and not disposed of as domestic waste. The room sensor should be mounted in a suitable location for measuring accurate room temperature. The accuracy of the temperature measurement depends on the temperature dynamics of the wall.

Modbus active indicates the device is connected to BMS via RS485 interface. Cooling mode activates when the set temperature is lower than room temperature. Ventilation mode operates the fan while keeping the water valve off. Heating mode activates when the set temperature is higher than room temperature. Auto mode allows the thermostat to switch between cooling and heating based on temperature differences. Temperature display shows room temperature or set temperature based on user adjustments. Function symbol indicates temperature setting, mode adjustment, or parameter setting status. Fault alarm displays an error symbol and code when an issue occurs.
- Page 8: Frost protection – In standby, the display is off, but the control loop actively monitors the temperature and will activate the heating output if the room temperature drops below the frost protection threshold. Scheduler – One day is divided into four periods. The user can set temperature for every period individually. ESI – Windows function detection. When the ESI symbol is lighted, it indicates the ESI function is active. Lock – The local thermostat will not be workable when this symbol is indicated unless it is released by the app on a smartphone, Modbus register, or the device power is off and restarted. ECO mode – ECO mode is active; the set temperature will be replaced by ECO. Fan stage symbol – Different fan speed display: low level, middle level, high level, and auto speed. Communication – The Bandary Thermostat FC610 supports Wi-Fi and Modbus dual communication. Change-over temperature threshold for heating – The range is from 0 to 500, corresponding to 0 to 50.0°C. Change-over temperature threshold for cooling – The range is from 0 to 500, corresponding to 0 to 50.0°C. Electrical heater stage threshold control variable – The range is from 0 to 100%.

For Android devices, search for Smart life in Google Play or scan the relevant QR code. Add the device in the app. Register an account in the app. In standby mode, long press the ON/OFF key for more than 3 seconds until the Wi-Fi symbol flashes. Click on the + symbol in Smart life, find the small home appliance menu, and click on the thermostat symbol. Input Wi-Fi account number and password in the app. Follow the guide to operate the next step; the app will automatically search for the device. In standby mode, press any point of the panel to switch on the panel. The thermostat will access screen saver mode after backlight delay time without any operation.
- Page 10: Indicator light settings include options for external inputs and temperature units. In normal mode, the indicator light and LCD display turn off after pressing the touch panel. The device allows for customer-set location identification and temperature unit selection. Temperature settings can be adjusted by rotating the first ring, with clockwise rotation increasing the temperature and anti-clockwise decreasing it. Fan speed can be adjusted using the second ring, with clockwise rotation increasing speed and anti-clockwise decreasing it. The internal and external sensor temperature offsets can be set within a range of -50 to 50 degrees Celsius. Screen saver mode can be configured to display temperature and humidity or temperature and clock. Individual password settings are available for mode selection, with a default password of 987. External temperature limiter sensor high and low limits can be set for temperature control. Power failure options determine the device's behavior after a power reset.
