Introducing Wiser, the beautifully simple  

multi-zone heating system from Drayton.  

Download and open the app by searching Wiser Home then follow  

the onscreen instructions to help guide you through this set up.

Hub^R to your Wi-Fi  

1. Connect your phone to  

the Wiser Hub^R  

3. Create your account  

• Connect to your home Wi-Fi  

press NEXT  

Finally, follow the  

on-screen instructions:  

• Select Get started  

• Select the Hub^R  

and press Setup on the  

Hub^R once  

• Select your home Wi-Fi and  

enter your password then  

you’re connected  

• Add your name, email address  

and create a password  

• Navigate to the Wi-Fi settings  

and select the network  

called Wiser  

• Verify the account from the  

email you receive  

Once connected you will see an  

“Add Devices” screen. As your  

devices have already been set up  

by installer it’s very important to  

tap SKIP here  

• Return to the app and add  

your home details  

(You will see no network  

connection or network  

unstable this it perfectly  

normal and expected)  

• Return to the app and your  

connection is confirmed

Create your account by adding your name, email address, and creating a password. Verify the account from the email you receive. Once connected, you will see an “Add Devices” screen. It’s very important to tap SKIP here as your devices have already been set up by the installer. Ensure the green light on your Hub is a steady green which can take up to 5 minutes. If the light continues to flash or show any other color, please contact Tech Support. Ensure your phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network you just connected your Hub to.
• Page 2: You’re now successfully connected to the internet and you can start to explore your Wiser system. Each room fitted with a Wiser device has its own independent schedule. If your daily routine is similar throughout the week, you can set the schedule for the whole day then use the copy function to replicate across days and rooms. Up to 8 events can be scheduled per day. Boost enables you to temporarily increase the room temperature by 2°C. Away Mode enables reduced set points when you’re away from home. Insights shows the detail about energy saving, system activity, and Heat Report. Smart Modes activate your automation. Automation shows one-time actions, Boost all, Cancel all overrides plus access to schedules and Away Mode.
