FULL SYSTEM SETUP WITH THE FAST OEM MOBILE TECH APP
Sure, you can set up the thermostat from the wall control using basic factory presets. However,
the only way to provide your customers with a fully customized system setup – including HVAC
configuration, advanced settings and thermostat testing – is through the Fast OEM Mobile Tech app.
Here’s how:
MAKE THE CONNECTION
If you haven’t done so already, download the Fast OEM Mobile Tech
app from the App Store or Google Play.

Open the app and continue as guest.
NOTE: Starting in Q4, 2024 you will be able to log in with your

HVACpartners credentials.
Select Connect to Equipment on the screen.

Select Smart Thermostat from the list of available equipment.

on the hang tag, or on the back of the thermostat).

Scan the QR code and follow the instructions to connect to the
thermostat and complete the setup process.
EXPERT TIP: Stand within two feet of the thermostat when scanning
the QR code and it should automatically connect.
If you have trouble connecting the thermostat with the
mobile on-boarding QR code, simply tap the I don’t have a
QR Code link to continue pairing.
