What does the wifi icon flashing mean on my BEOK TS4-EP thermostat?
The flashing wifi icon indicates the thermostat has entered code matching state and is ready to connect to a wireless network. Instruction Manual, p. 9
How do I add my thermostat to the app for the first time?
Register a Tuya Smart account using SMS verification. Then activate the thermostat's Wi-Fi module by holding the button 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi icon flashes.
- Turn on your phone's Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on a 2.4GHz network
- Press and hold the thermostat button 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi icon flashes
- Open Tuya APP, select Add Device from the main page or the plus icon

Can I use BEOK TS4-EP with an external sensor only?
If you select OUT (external sensor only) without connecting an external sensor, the display shows Er and heating stops. You must either connect an external sensor or choose IN (internal sensor) or ALL (both sensors). Instruction Manual, p. 11
What's the difference between working day and rest day programming on BEOK TS4-EP?
Working day has six preset periods: 6:00-20℃, 8:00-16℃, 11:30-16℃, 12:30-16℃, 17:00-22℃, 22:00-16℃. Rest day has two: 8:00-22℃ and 23:00-16℃. Instruction Manual, p. 11
