• Page 3: Check compatibility of HVAC units with INNCOM Direct. Inventory of HVAC units per room with full model numbers is necessary. Spreadsheet of HVAC types, HVAC code, and fan speeds should be prepared. Decide on thermostat type: single component wired or two component RF wireless. Verify room count with capability of INNCOM Direct system, limited to 200 rooms. Place order for in-room devices and network equipment. Begin communication with Internet service provider for INNCOM Direct VLAN alignment. Determine PMS connection type, either Serial or TCP/IP. Start PMS connection communication. Receive order for equipment.
