BEOK TGR85-EP shows Er on the screen. What's wrong?

Er indicates a sensor error. Verify the external sensor is properly connected, or check sensor selection in advanced setting 02.

If no external sensor is connected, do not set sensor selection to ALL or OUT.
The thermostat stops heating until the sensor error is resolved. User Guide, p. 12

How do I add the BEOK TGR85-EP to the Tuya app?

Turn on your phone's Bluetooth and 2.4GHz WiFi. Press and hold the button on the thermostat for 5 seconds until the WiFi icon flashes. In the Tuya app, tap Add Device or the plus icon, then follow the prompts. User Guide, p. 16
