• Page 15: Troubleshooting Guide Can not connect phone to WIFI. Incorrect settings. Incorrect router settings. Ensure all permissions for the INKBIRD app are turned on. Ensure the router can transmit a 2.4GHz wifi signal. Make sure the SSID of the 2.4GHz wifi is not hidden. Select the correct WiFi mode in the app. Adjust the position of the probe if the reading is poor. If the probe was used in liquids, dry it before testing. Check if the probe is intact.
• Page 16: Issues and causes related to heating include incorrect settings, incompatible heater, and output malfunction. Solutions involve verifying settings and ensuring the heater power is within the range of 100-240V, 10A. If the heater does not turn on, unplug the controller, press and hold the 'SET' button, then plug the controller back in and release the 'SET' button. Quickly pressing the designated button should activate the 'work' indicator and output. For issues with the heater not turning off, similar steps should be followed. If problems persist, contacting customer service is recommended.
