How do I set the temperature on the BECA BHT-009?

Switch to manual mode first, then turn the knob to set the desired temperature.

Why does the BECA BHT-009 display 'Er' when I check the floor sensor temperature?

The thermostat shows 'Er' when no external sensor is connected. Do not use third-party external sensors; the temperature will be incorrect. User Guide, p. 2
