- Page 2: Key functions include scrolling options and locking the screen. The thermostat operates in four modes: automatic, manual control, temporary temperature, and holiday. In automatic mode, the thermostat switches on according to programmed settings. Manual control permanently overrides the automatic program until switched back. Temporary temperature allows for a short-term override of the automatic program. Holiday mode sets a specific temperature for a designated time, overriding other modes. The main screen displays various symbols indicating the current mode and system status. The auto symbol indicates the thermostat is in automatic mode. The hand symbol signifies manual mode, while the luggage symbol indicates holiday mode. Temperature and time are displayed prominently on the screen, along with other status indicators.
- Page 3: Time setting instructions include steps to set the time and date. To set the time, long press until 01 appears in the middle of the screen. When 01 appears, press to proceed. The minutes will flash first; adjust and confirm. Next, the hour will flash; adjust and confirm. The number next to Weekly will flash, indicating the day of the week. Press to confirm the correct weekday. The standard program schedule is the controller's default setting. Instructions for setting a custom program are provided. Follow the steps to create your own custom program.
- Page 4: Firstly, decide how you want to set up the program. Option 1: come on Monday to Friday at one time and then Saturday - Sunday at another time. Option 2: come on Monday to Saturday and another time on Sunday. Option 3: come at the same time Monday to Sunday. To select how the program is set up, you need to press the ONCE. Long press the button until A1 appears in the bottom left-hand corner until A6 appears. To select the different program types, follow the instructions for each option. When the temperature is in the middle of the screen, long press the button until it shows 01 in the middle. Setpoint 1 Wake up (On) allows you to change the hour and confirm it. The temperature will flash; use the buttons to change the temperature and confirm. Repeat instructions for other setpoints, noting that setpoints 2, 4, and 6 are when the programs end. The battery backup retains data inputted into the controller for 24 hours on a full charge.
- Page 5: Electrical installation manual Before installation or re-installation of the thermostat always isolate the power to the thermostat. Installation needs to be done by a qualified electrician in accordance with all current wiring and building regulations. Check the power is off. Remove the display by gently using a slotted screwdriver in the middle hole on the underside of the controller. When the power is put on for the first time make sure that 5 minutes is allowed for the backup battery to recharge first. Terminal 1 = Power supply (Live) Terminal 2 = Power supply (Neutral) Terminal 3 = Heating cable wire 1 Terminal 4 = Heating cable wire 2 Connect the Earth of the heating cable and the Earth of the power supply outside the thermostat.
