Programming for Monday to Friday is now selected. If 7 D mode is selected, you can program each day of the week with 6 individual times and temperatures. Temporary override (manual) allows the thermostat to switch to the temperature set by the user until the next program is activated. Permanent override (hold) allows the thermostat to operate to the temperature set by the user. Factory program setting for 5/2d includes specific times and temperatures for weekdays and weekends. Replacing the batteries requires slacking the fastening screw and using 2 x AA alkaline batteries. The thermostat is hinged and can be opened 180 degrees.
- Page 3: Operating instructions for CRTP2 room thermostat, battery operated. Installer menu access requires holding OK for 5 seconds. In normal mode, the thermostat aims to reach the target temperature after program changes. Optimum start mode allows the thermostat to reach the target temperature by the next switching time. Ti (time interval) can be set to 10, 15, or 20 minutes to increase room temperature by 1°C. The thermostat reads room temperature, setpoint temperature, and target temperature difference. Optimum start time (OST) can be a maximum of 3 hours, which is subtracted from the start time. The thermostat recalculates OST if the temperature increases too quickly. Examples illustrate how the thermostat adjusts heating times based on Ti settings.
