How do I pair my mobile device with the Ensto ECO10BTW-J?

Pair through the Ensto Heat Control application, not your device's Bluetooth menu.

Remove the adjustment knob E.
Switch on the thermostat with power switch A.
Press the Bluetooth button D for 1 second. The blue LED indicator C blinks.
When the application finds your thermostat, press the "New thermostat" button within 45 seconds.
The blue LED turns off when pairing completes.
Put the adjustment knob E back in place. Instruction Manual, p. 21

What is the difference between Floor mode and Power mode on the Ensto ECO10BTW-J?

Floor mode	Power mode

Why won't the Ensto ECO10BTW-J turn on after I press the test button?

After pressing the test button, turn the slide switch back to the ON-position.

If the slide switch does not stay in the ON-position, there is a leakage in the circuit.
When leakage is present, the thermostat will not allow the current to switch on, which is normal operation.
An electrically skilled person must examine the reason for the leakage. Instruction Manual, p. 20
