Set-Up for Connection
®
Before beginning Wi-Fi setup you will need to:
• Wire and install the thermostat
• Know the Wi-Fi network name and password
• Have a valid e-mail address for the account
• Locate your thermostat serial number
• Get the FREE app for iOS or AndroidTM
NOTE: The initial thermostat connection must
be performed from an Apple iOS or AndroidTM
mobile device or tablet. Once connected, you can
access the app on a desktop PC by visiting
bluelinksmartconnect.com/bluelink.

1 Open the BlueLink Smart Connect
App. Select REGISTER and enter
a valid e-mail address.
2 Enter the thermostat serial number.
You can locate this number on the
back of the thermostat.
NOTE: If you removed the thermostat to
locate the serial number, make sure to
reconnect it before selecting ENTER.
3 Complete the remaining registration
screens. The application will walk you
through the Wi-Fi connection process.
Use the Wi-Fi Menu on the next page to manage Wi-Fi network connections.
