Operation/programming of your thermostat  

1. Power on/off

The TW02 series thermostat range has been developed to  

control electric underfloor or water heating or water/gas boiler  

system. These units are designed for use in commercial, industrial,  

civil, and domestic properties.  

2. Adjusting/setting the temperature

3. Adjusting/Setting the clock

• Page 2: Default setting for program schedule Wiring your thermostat In the mode of programmable, only the temperature can be adjusted temporarily, the time could not be adjusted. Open window detect function (OWD function) When the Open Window Detect (OWD) mode is enabled, the system will automatically stop heating when it detects a sudden drop of room temperature. Do not over-tighten the terminals in your thermostat as damage may occur. This product is suitable for standard 86mm wall box or European 60mm round box. The device will turn off heating automatically to save energy and will return to the previous mode of operation after 30 minutes. Under the power off status, press & simultaneously for 5 seconds to enter the advanced setting mode. WARNING: Please arrange a professional technician to install this product according to installation drawing and instruction.
• Page 3: Step 1. Download your app For iOS devices, search for Smart Life/Tuya Smart in Apple Store and download. For Android devices, also search for Smart Life/Tuya Smart in Google Play and download. Step 2 Register and log in your account Open your Smart Life/Tuya Smart, you will get a page of Log In and Sign Up. Press Sign Up and enter your phone number or email to get a verification code. Step 3 Connect your Wi-Fi signal Before using your Wi-Fi thermostat for the first time, you must configure the Wi-Fi signal and settings through your smartphone or tablet. With power on, press and hold the Wi-Fi connection button for five seconds. When your room is established successfully, it will display on the home screen. The function of the buttons includes power on/off, mode switch, week program setting, and advanced settings. Programming your thermostat in the app After Wi-Fi is connected successfully, press on the app main control interface to enter weekly programming setting.
• Page 4: Please note, in order to prevent misoperation, the advanced settings can be set and saved only when the thermostat is turned off. How to connect your thermostats to smart voice assistant? Press the upper right corner button in the main control interface into the page. Select and click the smart voice devices you want to add, and follow the prompt steps to connect. How to share the device? Press the upper right corner button in the main control interface into the page. Click “Share Device” to add the account you want and confirm. Simple exception handling Check if the terminals between LCD panel and Power Unit Box is loosen. Power is on but without display. Use a new LCD panel or new Power Unit Box to replace the old one. Do temperature calibration in item 1 of Advanced Setting. Without output but display works. Room Temp. is a little different from the actual. How to set the advanced setting? Press in the app main control interface, click “Setting” to enter advanced settings.
