TIME O STAT 2 Channel 3 Wired HMO Thermostat Installation Guide
9. 2-Channel Time:o:stat Installation Guide
An electrician is required to install the Time:o:stat.
Wiring the Wireless Receiver mounting bracket:
1. Remove the mounting bracket by loosening the
holding screw through the front.
2. Isolate the power to the boiler at the fused spur.
3. Using 5A mains rated 3184Y flex follow the wiring
instructions in the diagram and outlined below.
4. Connect the Live 1 and Neutral 2 from the wiring
centre to the L and N terminals on the Time:o:stat
mounting bracket.
5. Connect 5 in the wiring centre to 4 (CH-ON N/O)
on the mounting bracket.
6. Connect 6 in the wiring centre to 3 (HW-ON N/O)
on the mounting bracket
7. For Y Plan system, connect 7 in the wiring centre
to 1 (HW-OFF N/C) on the mounting bracket
8. Check the wiring centre is correctly configured.
9. Secure the wired mounting bracket to the wall.
10. Ensure the dip switch settings 1 2 3 4 viewed
through the rectangular aperture on the back of
the receiver match those in the same aperture on
the Time:o:stat controller. These designate the
radio frequency (RF) communication channel.
11. Hook and push the Time:o:stat receiver front
panel onto the wired mounting plate so the
connecting pins push into the terminal blocks and
lock into place with the connecting screw through
the front of the receiver case.
