- Page 3: Thermostat operation includes selecting the operation mode on your HVAC system. Selecting heat turns on the heat mode, while selecting cool activates the cool mode. The off setting turns both heating and cooling off. EM heat will appear as an option if operating a heat pump and will turn on emergency heat. The glow in the dark light button self-illuminates after exposure to ambient light and turns on the display light when pressed. Auto mode cycles the fan only when the heating or cooling system is on, while ON runs the fan continuously. Temperature setpoint buttons allow you to select the desired room temperature. In PTAC mode, L, M, and H may be selectable for continuous fan operation at low, medium, or high speeds.
- Page 4: Thermostat quick reference Insert 2 AA batteries immediately. Failure to do so may result in your heating and cooling system becoming inoperable. The low battery indicator is displayed when the AA battery power is low. If the user fails to replace the batteries after an additional 21 days, the setpoints will change to 55˚F (Heating) and 85˚F (Cooling). After day 63, the batteries must be replaced immediately to avoid freezing or overheating because the thermostat will shut the unit off until the batteries are changed.

System operation indicators: COOL ON, HEAT ON, FAN ON The COOL ON, HEAT ON or FAN ON will display when the COOL, HEAT, or FAN is on. The compressor delay feature is active if these are flashing. Low battery indicator: Replace batteries when this indicator is shown. Globe: Globe is displayed if an energy efficient temperature has been selected. Fan: Indicates the current fan setting. Stages: +1 will appear in the display when the first stage of heat or cool is on. +2 will appear for the second stage of heat. System: Indicates current system mode setting.

Without this registration the warranty period will begin on the date of manufacture. For warranty issues please contact the HVAC professional that installed this product. You can register your new thermostat in 2 ways: online or by mail. To register online, go to the company website, select warranty registration and fill out a short registration form. To register by mail, complete the form and mail it to the specified address. The warranty registration form includes fields for name, thermostat model, date installed, address, city, state, and zip. Complete the form and mail it to the provided address. Thermostat warranty registration is managed by Pro1iaq.
