12 Mobile app
12.1 Controlling the product using the mobile app
After connecting the product to the Tuya cloud, you can control the product using the mobile app via the Tuya cloud
and the Internet.
Preconditions:
a The product is connected to the Tuya cloud.
a The WLAN connection symbol
and the cloud connection symbol
show on the display.
1. Open the mobile app.
2. Control operation status, temperatures, modes and settings from the mobile app.
13 Advanced settings
13.1 Advanced temperature settings
Important:
Advanced settings require specialist knowledge and should only be adjusted by specialists to prevent system
damage or damage to the environment in which the product is operated.

Set the temperature offset between the displayed Setting range: -9 to +9°C

against excessive floor temperatures.
Setting range: +20 to +70°C
Default: +45°C
Example: In the case of a floor heating and an
open window, the high temperature protection will
prevent the floor heating from compensating.
An alert will show on the display if the high tem-
perature protection is triggered.
