Before installing or using this product, you must read and understand these guidelines and set them aside for future  
reference. The manufacturer cannot be held liable for anything, and the warranty will be void if the installer or the  
user does not comply with these guidelines.  
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in bodily injury, property damage, serious injuries, or potentially fatal  
electric shocks. Turn off the power to the device at the circuit breaker or fuse before installation, repair, or cleaning.  
Make sure the device is designed for the intended use (if necessary, refer to the product catalog or a representative).  
REMOVAL OF THE DEFECTIVE INTEGRATED THERMOSTAT

1. Slightly loosen the screw at the bottom of the

two (2) screws (Figure 4 A-B).

panel to release it and slide it upwards to remove  
it. Set it aside.  
5. Using pliers, open the loop clamp that holds the  
connectors wire (Figure 4-G).  
6. Release the connectors wire by unscrewing the three  
(3) screws and set them aside (Figure 4 C-D-E).  
7. Remove the integrated thermostat’s connectors wire.  
8. Remove the electronic circuit by unscrewing the  
screw (1) (Figure 4 F).  
9. Disconnect the electronic circuit wires  
(Figure 5-A-B-C-D).

2. Press the plastic tab and pull the connector  
(Figure 2).

3. Using a screwdriver, press the plastic tab on both  
sides of the integrated thermostat and remove it  
(Figure 3).

Removal of the defective integrated thermostat involves several steps including loosening screws, removing the front panel, and disconnecting wires. Using pliers, open the loop clamp that holds the connectors wire. Remove the integrated thermostat’s connectors wire and the electronic circuit by unscrewing the necessary screws. Press the plastic tab and pull the connector to remove the integrated thermostat.
  • Page 2: Connecting and installing the new integrated thermostat. Take the new electronic circuit out of its packaging. Avoid touching the circuits directly on the electronic board to prevent damage. Connect the wires as illustrated (Figure 5-A-B-C-D). Refer to the diagram provided with the replacement kit. Repeat steps 1 to 9 in reverse order.
