  • Page 2: Specification & installation instructions Mounting instructions Remove power prior to separate thermostat cover from its base. Remove the screw holding the base and the front cover of the thermostat. Lift the front cover of the thermostat to separate it from the base. Pull wire through the base hole. Secure the base to the wall using wall anchors and screws. Mount the control module on the base and secure using the screw. Terminal descriptions include common, 24 Vac, exterior temperature sensor, and various heating and cooling ramps. Mode selection involves setting the thermostat in operation mode or programming mode.
  • Page 3: Specification & installation instructions Select the desired locked set point temperature. This value must respect the temperature range of the selected temperature sensor. Minimum set point range: 0 to 60ºC [32 to 140ºF]. Maximum set point range: 0 to 60ºC [32 to 140ºF]. You can lock or unlock selection of control mode by end user. Select which control mode you want to authorize: Automatic cooling and heating, OFF cooling and heating, heating only or cooling only. Proportional band range: 0.5 to 20ºC [1.0 to 40ºF]. Integral time range: 0 to 250 seconds. Minimum position of 1st cooling ramp range: 0.0 to 5.0 Volt. Select internal or external sensor. Default value: Out (External temperature sensor).
  • Page 4: Specification & installation instructions At powering up, the thermostat will light the display and activate all LCD segments for 2 seconds. To illuminate the LCD, push any of the 3 buttons. The LCD will light for 8 seconds. In operation mode, the thermostat will automatically display the temperature read. To change the scale between ºC and ºF, press both the up and down buttons for 3 seconds. To display the set point, press twice on the up or down button. The set point is displayed for 5 seconds. To adjust the set point, press on the up or down button while the temperature set point is displayed. When the thermostat is in night set back mode, the NSB symbol is displayed. To verify which control mode is set, press once on the control mode button. Control mode will be displayed for 5 seconds. You can choose from automatic cooling or heating, cooling and heating off, cooling only, or heating only. At the end of life, please return the thermostat to your local distributor for recycling.
