Attention 220 AC is very dangerous, get help from an electrician to connect 220 AC wires

to the device. When you power up the device, it will broadcast HomeHome-XXXXXX

WiFi network. Password:”homehome” Please use iPhone-iPad or an Android device for

setup.ꢀ

ATTENTION: IF YOU DID NOT GET THE DEVICE WITH TEMPERATURE SENSOR; DO

NOT TRY TO ADD THE SENSOR, IT WILL NOT WORK!

MANIPULATE TEMPERATURE VALUE FEATURE

HomeKit can show temp between -50C to +125C. You can use the waterproof

temperature sensor in hot water. ꢀ

Real temperature will be divided by coeﬃcient number. ꢀ

Enter a coeﬃcient number between 1-10 in local HTTP SERVER’s setting page (10.step).

Example: real temp is 60C, enter coeﬃcient number=2.5. System will show 60/2.5=24C.ꢀ

Device LED will NOT blink when it gets power. After this setup ﬁnished, normal working process; LED will blink after 30

seconds (3 times) when device restarts.ꢀ

Thermostat Device : Ds18B20 Data Cable (Yellow) And Sensor’s Vcc Cable (Red) Must Be Connected With 4.7K

Resistor. Temp&Humidty Sensor Do Not Need Resistor.ꢀ

Connect Ds18B20 Temperature Sensor Data Cable (Yellow) To Rx Pin. Gnd To Gnd, Vcc To 5V.ꢀ

Connect Temp&Humidty Sensor Data Cable (Yellow) To Rx Pin. Gnd To Gnd, Vcc To 5V.ꢀ

Setup

You will see captive portal for device setup. If it doesn’t start, disconnect from WiFi and unplug-plug the device, reconnect to

WiFi.ꢀ

1-Select device type: ESP01 1X Relay V2 On-Oﬀ Mode or ESP01 1X Relay V2 Thermostat mode

2-Select switch type: Momentary or Toggle for On-Oﬀ Mode - Thermostat do not have physical buttonꢀ

3-Enter your GMAIL address which you use in your Android Phoneꢀ

4-Enter a static IP (optional) We recommend you set it now or you will have to reset the device and re-start this setup OR you

can manage your static IP with your router if it has a static ip feature.ꢀ

5-Select your Home WiFi and enter it’s password. If it is not in the list, you can enter SSID manually. Be sure that you write

correct password or it will not connect to your network!

Q:What happens when my router is oﬀ?

A:Device will try to connect a few minutes and begin to broadcast it is own network (HomeHome-XXXXXX)ꢀ

6-Save settings and wait 3 seconds. Unplug and plug the device.ꢀ

Apple HomeKit Setup

7-You can pair HomeKit in 90 seconds after restart, pair code is 111-88-111

Select your room and a name for your device. ꢀ

If you will not use HomeKit, wait 3 minutes for 3 led blink. Enter your device ip (step 10)

to a web browser. Enter your full gmail address to connect http server. Click “Settings”

button and activate “Skip HomeKit Pair Standby Time” Click “Restart Device” button.ꢀ

Extra Feature for Thermostat

Your device will be shown as a Thermostat and we also added a “virtual switch” which

makes easier to make scenes. Virtual switch directly controls the on-oﬀ relay.

Why won't my ESP01V2 Mini Relay connect to Wi-Fi after setup?

Check that you entered the correct Wi-Fi password. If the device still won't connect, disconnect from Wi-Fi and unplug-plug the device, then reconnect.

Verify Wi-Fi password is correct
Disconnect from Wi-Fi and power cycle the device
Reconnect to the HomeHome-XXXXXX network

How do I set up the ESP01V2 Mini Relay with my heating system?

Select your device type and switch type in the captive portal, enter your Gmail address, set a static IP, and connect to your home Wi-Fi.

Select device type: ESP01 1X Relay V2 On-Off Mode or Thermostat mode
Select switch type: Momentary or Toggle for On-Off Mode
Enter your Gmail address used in your Android Phone
Enter a static IP, or manage it through your router

Can I use the ESP01V2 Mini Relay without an internet connection?

Yes, enable Local Mode in the HTTP server settings. The device will work offline with HomeKit (if paired) and local HTTP interface, but Google Home and Web UI won't be available. Device must remain connected to your router. Installation Guide, p. 2

How do I access the HTTP server on the ESP01V2 Mini?

Enter your device's IP address into a web browser. Find the IP by long-pressing the accessory in HomeKit or checking your router's DHCP list.

How do I know the ESP01V2 Mini Relay has powered up correctly?
