  • Page 2: Warranty certificate outlines the terms and conditions for the TPI room thermostat. The warranty period starts from the invoice date and covers manufacturing defects for 5 years. TPI technology predicts temperature changes and adjusts heating/cooling units accordingly. If the placement of the thermostat changes, the learning process restarts and takes 7 days. Devices are delivered in working condition, and on-site commissioning incurs a service fee. Malfunctions caused by customer misuse are not covered by the warranty. The thermostat is compatible with heating/cooling units that have on-off connections. The advanced AI in TPI technology adapts to environmental temperature changes for energy efficiency. Customers must report any product damages within the warranty period to maintain their rights. The warranty document must be retained, as a replacement will not be issued if lost.
