bouchons, écrous-raccords, éléments

pressure shut-off valve and suction  

shut-off valve are to be opened.  

•Before starting up, check that all  

components mounted by the user  

have been properly mounted and are  

connected pressure-tight with the  

compressor (e.g. pipelines, bungs,  

union nuts, replaced parts, etc.)  

•When starting up, do not start the  

compressor in a vacuum. Only operate  

the compressor when the whole  

system has been filled.  

•Vor Inbetriebnahme prüfen, ob alle  

vom Anwender montierten Bauteile  

fachgerecht angebracht und druckfest  

mit dem Verdichter verbunden sind  

(z.B. Rohrleitungen, Stopfen, Über-  

wurfmuttern, ersetzte Bauteile usw.).  

•Bei Inbetriebnahme Verdichter nicht  

im Vakuum starten. Verdichter nur bei  

befüllter Anlage betreiben.  

•Lors de la mise en service, ne pas

vide, ne le faire fonctionner que si  

l’installation est remplie.

Généralités  

Les présentes instructions de montage décrivent  

des opérations de travail importantes pour équiper  

ultérieurement le compresseurs semi-hermétiques  

d‘un thermostat de protection thermique (palpeur  

thermistor).  

Die vorliegende Montageanweisung beschreibt  

wesentliche Arbeitsschritte zur Nachrüstung  

halbhermetischer Verdichter mit einem Wärme-  

schutzthermostat (Kaltleiter-Fühler)  

These installation instructions describe the main  

procedure involved in retrofitting a thermal pro-  

tection thermostat (PTC sensor) to semi-hermetic  

compressors.

Before starting up, check that all components mounted by the user have been properly mounted and are connected pressure-tight with the compressor. These installation instructions describe the main procedure involved in retrofitting a thermal protection thermostat (PTC sensor) to semi-hermetic compressors.

Montage am Zylinderdeckel Installation on the cylinder cover Mettre le compresseur hors service en suivant les notices de sécurité ci-dessus et ci-jointes Decommission compressor in compliance with the safety instructions stated above and enclosed. Loosen the marked cylinder cover screw. Place the cable holder with cable clip under the screw head of the cylinder cover. At the intended connection point L, remove the NPTF 1/8 bung from the cylinder cover, insert the thermal protection thermostat and screw tight. Then fix the connection cable in the cable clip. Fig. 5 shows how the cable is routed along the cylinder cover of the compressor.

Montage am Verdichtergehäuse bei HG44e Installation on the compressor housing at HG44e Bei Verwendung von nur einem Wärmeschutzthermostat wird dieser zentral am Verdichtergehäuse angeschlossen. If you use only one thermal protection thermostat, connect it centrically to the compressor housing. Wenn mehrere Wärmeschutzthermostate verwendet werden, sind diese wie auf Seite 2 beschrieben an den Zylinderdeckeln anzuschließen. Using several thermal protection thermostats, connect them as described on page 2 to the cylinder covers. Die Installation von Wärmeschutzthermostaten ist an jedem einzelnen Zylinderdeckel möglich. Anschluss am Motorschutzgerät INT69 G Diagnose: Connection to motor protection unit INT69 G Diagnose: Widerstand an den Klemmen B1 und B2 des Auslösegerätes entfernen. Remove resistance from terminals B1 and B2 of the trigger unit. Mehrere thermostats müssen in Reihe angeschlossen werden. Several thermostats must be connected up in series.
