Why is my Cydata CY917B not getting continuous power?

The thermostat requires a C-wire, or common wire, running from your furnace to enable continuous 24 VAC power flow. Check whether a C-wire is present and connected to the C terminal.

• C-wire may be labeled C, B, or X on your old thermostat.
• C-wire must run all the way from furnace to thermostat.
