How do I wire the Unisenza 230V-24V Stats to my heating system?

Connect live and neutral inputs to terminals L and N, then wire your heating control to the COM and NO terminals.

Supply 230Vac or 24Vac to L and N within the specified voltage tolerances.
Use wire size 0.75 mm2 to 2.5 mm2 for power connections.
Wire your boiler or heating control to COM (common) and NO (normal open) for on/off switching.
Use wire size 0.75 mm2 to 2.5 mm2 for COM and NO connections.
Connect any floor or external temperature sensor to S1 or S2 using wire size 0.75 mm2 to 1.0 mm2. User Manual, p. 10
