Honeywell D1-528 Inncom Direct Thermostat User Guide
Check Compatibility
1. Confirm HVAC units are compatible with INNCOM Direct.
a. Inventory of HVAC units per room with full model numbers
b. Spreadsheet of HVAC types, HVAC code, Fan speeds
2. Decide on Thermostat: single component wired (D1-528), two component RF
wireless (D1-529, DX47)
Order Intake
1. Place order for in-room devices and network equipment.
2. Begin communication with Internet service provider to get 2 ports aligned for
INNCOM Direct VLAN, with Internet connection.
3. Determine PMS connection type (Serial, TCP/IP)
4. Begin PMS connection communication.
5. Receive order.
Installation
1. Install INNCOM Direct PC/Gateway and Edge Router (can be done after room
installation has begun). Refer below documents for more information

2. Request access to your Remote Building Manager / INNCOM Direct for users
