Can the Emerson ST75W Sensi work with a 5.0 GHz only router?

No. The thermostat requires an 802.11n 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. Single-band 5.0 GHz routers are not compatible. Installation Guide, p. 7

How do I check if transformers on my Emerson ST75W Sensi are in phase?

Measure the voltage across RC and RH terminals. If more than 12 Volts AC appears between them, the transformers are out of phase.

1. Measure voltage across RC and RH terminals.

Why won't my Emerson ST75W connect to Wi-Fi?
