degrii THM-C Smart Thermostat Installation Guide
If you have only one R wire (either R, RC, or RH), make sure
it’s inserted into the Rc terminal.
Verify the connection of the C wire to the HVAC control
board, ensuring it is properly connected to the designated
terminal or nut.

If you installed the C-Wire Adapter, make sure you inserted
the wires into the correct terminals.

The G wire of your previous thermostat is repurposed to C on the Degrii
thermostat when the C-Wire Adapter is installed.
Note: In some cases, even if the C wire is connected to the old
thermostat, it may not be connected to the C terminal on the HVAC
control board, particularly if the old thermostat operates on battery
power.
