How do I commission the Danfoss TP7000-RF receiver after installation?
Pair the thermostat and receiver by resetting both, holding buttons to trigger learning mode, then confirming on the receiver.
- Press the recessed RESET button on TP7000-RF using a non-metallic object.
- Press and hold the recessed LEARN button for 3 seconds until the thermostat transmits for 5 minutes.
- On RX1, press and hold PROG and CH1 for 3 seconds until a green light flashes once.
- For RX2 or RX3, repeat steps 1-2 for additional thermostats and press the corresponding channel button on the receiver.
- Press the arrow buttons on TP7000-RF to return to normal operation. Instruction Manual, p. 6
What does a flashing colon in the TP7000 display mean?
The unit is in RUN mode and heating will operate according to the programmes. Instruction Manual, p. 10
When should I replace batteries in the Danfoss TP7000?
Batteries last over two years. Replace them within 15 days of the low battery indicator flashing on the display. Instruction Manual, p. 13
Why isn't the heating responding to my schedule changes?
Check that you've returned to RUN Mode by pressing PROG until the colon flashes in the display. Instruction Manual, p. 11
How do I know if the Danfoss TP7000 is in Thermostat mode?
The display shows a blinking colon and the current temperature setting, instead of showing programmed events. Instruction Manual, p. 12
What does the suitcase symbol on the Danfoss TP7000 display mean?
Holiday Mode is active. The unit is holding a constant low temperature for the number of days you set. Instruction Manual, p. 12
