How do I change the temperature setting on my tekmar T-560?

Touch the temperature display on the home screen to open the adjustment panel.

1. Enter a new value in the Heat To field.
2. Press Save to apply immediately, or Save to Schedule to update the current event. User Manual, p. 2

Can I use the tekmar T-560 without running a schedule?

Yes. Go to Schedule Setup, set Early Start to Off to maintain the same temperature all the time instead of following scheduled changes. User Manual, p. 3
