Can I use MI-HEAT WT8 with both internal and external temperature sensors?
Yes. Code 07 (Sensor mode) offers three settings: IN for internal sensor only, OUT for external sensor only, or ALL to use both sensors together. User Manual, p. 15
Why won't my MI-HEAT WT8 respond to heating or cooling commands?
Check for sensor errors. If error E0 or E1 appears on the display, the thermostat stays off until corrected.
- E0 means the built-in sensor is short-circuited or disconnected
- E1 means the floor sensor is short-circuited or disconnected

What are the minimum smartphone requirements for MI-HEAT WT8 app control?

What do the symbols at the bottom of the thermostat display mean?
The switch symbol turns the unit on or off. The Mode icon changes operating modes: Home, Away, Smart, or Sleep. The cogwheel opens settings for sensor selection, temperature calibration, hysteresis, and weekly programme. The pen symbol accesses voice control integration.
