Press to read the current date; press and hold for 3 seconds to set the date and time. Switches the thermostat on and off (5 °C frost protection mode). Press to read the operating time; press and hold for 3 seconds to clear, confirm using. Turns the vacation mode on/off. Press to select the program to be copied. Changing any value causes the corresponding field on the display to flash. If the user confirms the change, the change is stored. If the change is not confirmed within 15 seconds, the thermostat cancels the change. Display includes program numbers and operating status indicators.

Incorrect installation and improper use may lead to serious hazards to users or other persons and result in property damage.
- Page 4: Euroster 2026TXRX - Installation and operation manual Avoid places with strong sunlight, near heating or cooling devices, and locations where temperature measurement could be disturbed by external conditions. Avoid places with poor air circulation and moist areas due to the negative effect of moisture on the device's service life. Opening the thermostat requires using a cross-head screwdriver to loosen the housing locking screw and separating the panel from the base. Euroster 2026 is equipped with 4 configuration jumpers with factory settings. Protection against overheating due to flat batteries can be enabled or disabled. The selection of sensor can be internal or external, depending on the connection of an external sensor. The type of system can be set to air conditioning or heating. The type of algorithm can be set to ON-OFF or P.I. mode, affecting how the thermostat operates based on temperature changes.
- Page 5: EUROSTER 2026TXRX - Installation and operation manual Insertion and replacement of batteries Place the batteries in the thermostat while observing the correct polarity. There are installation markings in the battery compartment. The battery indicator will be visible when the battery voltage reaches the minimum allowable level. It is recommended to replace the batteries with new alkaline batteries before each heating season. Use only alkaline AA batteries to power the thermostat. Thermostat settings Setting date and time Settings may be confirmed in two ways. If no key is pressed for 15 seconds, the change of setting is canceled. Setting hysteresis Hold specific buttons for at least 3 seconds to display Hysteresis and show the current value. Confirm changes with the appropriate button. Heating curve optimization algorithm (PI) The 2026 thermostat may be used with the heating curve optimization algorithm, suited for systems with underfloor water heating. This algorithm limits room temperature fluctuations. To use the PI mode, set its parameters correctly.
- Page 6: Euroster 2026TXRX - Installation and Operation Manual Width of proportional control range (Pb) 1.5-3.0 If the difference between the preset and measured temperature is included in the proportional control band, then the thermostat selects the switch-on and switch-off times. Setting PI algorithm parameters involves setting the jumper to the P.I. position and pressing reset. Calibration range for displayed temperature is -4.0 °C to +4.0 °C. Euroster 2026 is a programmable thermostat that allows setting 4 different temperatures for 4 different periods for each day of the week. The thermostat is equipped with a function to copy programs to simplify setting. Programs are implemented in the P1-P2-P3-P4 order, but starting hours can be set in a different order. If programs overlap, the thermostat will disregard the programs that conflict. The sequence of weekdays in programming is irrelevant. To program the thermostat, turn the knob to PN and set the desired temperature and starting time for P1.
- Page 7: Set the desired temperature for P2 using the buttons. Set the required P2 starting time using the buttons. Set the temperatures and times for P3 and P4 programs. Turn the knob to the next day of the week to set parameters for all programs. Turn the knob to the START position to begin operation with new settings. Start with setting program parameters for one selected day to copy programs. The display indicates the source of the program when copying. Use the knob to select a day of the week to copy the program. In holiday mode, the thermostat maintains a preset, constant temperature. The resolution for setting time in vacation mode is 1 hour or 1 day.
- Page 8: Important note: The holiday mode is activated when the settings are confirmed by pressing the button. Setting the vacation mode involves turning the knob to the START and pressing the button to enter the setting mode. The maximum number of hours for vacation mode is 48, after which the number of days is selected. You may also set the infinite duration of the vacation mode. The thermostat automatically restores normal operation at a specified time. If the preset period is expressed in hours, the letter h is shown; if in days, d appears on the display. Temporary change of temperature does not require a duration setting and is active until the next program starts. To activate the temporary change of temperature, set the desired temperature with the buttons. The display shows the temporary setting and locks all buttons except for the confirmation button. The example illustrates how the temporary change of temperature affects the target temperature during different time periods.
- Page 9: Frost protection mode switches the thermostat to maximum energy saving. It maintains a minimum temperature of 5 °C to protect the system against freezing. To activate frost protection mode, press and hold the button for more than 3 seconds. The display becomes blank, showing only the measured temperature and power symbol. Locking thermostat settings is indicated by a specific symbol, preventing changes to the settings while allowing them to be viewed. To lock the thermostat, turn the knob to the “SOB” position and hold the button for at least 3 seconds. The thermostat features a function to measure the operating time of the controlled device, with a maximum counted value of 999:59. Press the button to display the operating time, which indicates which device is operating. The AntiStop function ensures the controlled device operates for at least 1 minute weekly, even in frost protection mode. The operation of the AntiStop function is independent of the programs and is not configurable. The thermostat restores normal operation after 15 seconds or when the button is pressed.
- Page 10: Factory settings Air conditioning control Heating control Hysteresis (all modes) The factory preset hysteresis is 1 °C. Jumper settings The factory preset jumper position is as follows: Type of system: Heating. Selection of sensor: Internal. Type of algorithm: ON-OFF. Protection against overheating due to flat batteries: NO. Establishing connection between 2026TX thermostat and RX receiver or receivers (pairing).
- Page 11: EUROSTER 2026TXRX - Installation and operation manual Insert the second receiver into a mains socket. Press the button on the receiver 3 times – the blue LED lights up. Caution! Pairing mode is only available for 10 minutes after connecting the receiver to the mains, resetting it, or installing batteries in the thermostat. Selecting operating mode: While holding the B button pressed, insert the receiver into a mains socket. Green – normally open mode (COM – NO) is the mainly used operation mode. Red – normally closed mode (COM – NC) opens the output cables when active. When inserted into the mains socket, the receiver indicates the relay operating mode. Radio signal strength is indicated together with the reception of the transmitter signal. If communication between the thermostat and the receiver is interrupted, the receiver switches to frost protection mode. In the event of system failure, it is possible to manually switch on the heating.
- Page 12: Sample connection diagrams provide simplified illustrations for installation. The diagrams do not cover all elements necessary for correct installation. Electrical connection block is essential for both arrangements. Output cable should use COM - NO contact (normally open). Euroster RX (receiver) is part of the setup. Euroster TX can be placed in any room for convenience. Maintenance advises against using solvents and aggressive detergents. Cleaning should be done with a soft cloth to avoid damage. Dimensions section follows for further specifications.
