What do the indicator lights on the Underfloor Heating World UM1 show?

The LED glows red when heat is on and power flows to the heating. It turns off when the set temperature is reached.

How do I adjust the temperature on Underfloor Heating thermostat?

Turn the temperature knob clockwise to increase the temperature or counter-clockwise to decrease it. Ensure the thermostat is turned on before making adjustments. Instruction Manual, p. 2

Can I set a minimum and maximum temperature limit on the Underfloor Heating World UM1?

Yes. Loosen the black screw behind the temperature knob to access rings A and B. Adjust these rings to set new minimum and maximum temperature ranges, then re-tighten the screw and replace the knob in its original position to maintain calibration. Instruction Manual, p. 3
