Why won't my heating turn on when I set the temperature higher?
Check for sensor faults. If E1 or E2 displays on screen, a sensor is broken or incorrectly configured. The thermostat stops heating until the fault is resolved.
- Verify you selected the correct sensor mode in advanced option B (internal, external, or both)
- If error persists, the sensor may be faulty and needs replacement User Manual, p. 2
Can I set the Decdeal HY607 to temperatures below 5°C or above 35°C?
The adjustable range is 5 to 35°C. The display itself shows 1 to 70°C, but you cannot set the thermostat outside 5 to 35°C for normal operation. User Manual, p. 1
What is the temperature accuracy of the Decdeal HY607?
0.5°C accuracy. The thermostat keeps temperature within 0.5°C of the level you set. User Manual, p. 1
