This thermostat is a new generation thermostat without any physical sensor. Our sensorless technology based on real time weather conditions

from application.

For normal operation you need to connect the L-1 thermostat with Tuya Smart application on your phone. After connection the thermostat can

automatically switch the heating on and oﬀ based on weather condition.

Can I operate the BVF Heating L-1 without connecting it to the Tuya Smart application?

Yes. Use the touch button to cycle through modes manually: heating off, heating on, or heating on for 1 to 4 hours. Auto mode requires the app, but manual and offline modes work without it. User Manual, p. 2

What's the difference between auto mode and program mode on BVF Heating L-1?

Auto mode turns heating on or off based on live weather conditions. Program mode lets you set a fixed heating schedule for each day of the week. User Manual, p. 2
