12 - POSSIBLE PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS
PROBLEM
CAUSE
No power supply
SOLUTION
Checl that the switch or protection differ-
ential isn't on OFF
The thermostat display is OFF
After you turn off the power supply of
230V ~ check the power cables if
tightened to the appropriate terminals on
the wall base.
Electrical cables not properly
tightened in the terminals
Make sure the switch or differential
protection device is not set to OFF
The thermostat works but the system
does not start
No power to the system
The thermostat is not connected
properly
Contact the installer
Contact the installer
The temperature fluctuates too much
between hot and cold
The thermostat is not set correctly
for thetypeof system
In OFF operation (Winter ), the Set
antifreezetemperatureisnotdisplayed
The antifreeze temperature has
beenexcluded
Set the antifreeze temperature by following
theinstructions inparagraph 10.5
